To start off, my health hasn't been very good recently. I was much healthier when I was younger. Perhaps it's the dieting/lifestyle/food/lack of exercise.
I guess it must be all of the above.
Hence, I have been investing on vitamin c pills and have so far tried Brands, Enervon and Redoxon. All of which, I have stick by Everon.

Comparing Brands and Enervon, the reason why I'd chose the latter is because of the dosage of vitamin c one pill contains.
As you can see, Enervon contains other essential vitamins as well, of which, vitamin B complex is extremely important and have been the focus for consumers, researchers as well as companies in the recent years.
The B vitamins are necessary to:
I understand that Zinc is very important as well, especially for people who have weak immune system and prone to colds. Both vitamin C and zinc work hand in hand to fight colds and boost the immune system. This could also be the reason why you still see me down with colds every now and then, not taking into account of my sinus problems.
Another reason why I'd chose Enervon is because of the amount of tablets to be taken. It suffice to take just 1 for Enervon but Brands require you to take 1 to 2, which of course, I would take 2 due to my weak immune system. Call me lazy, I guess it's just a hassle to remember to take 2 tabs a day compared to 1.
Do note that Enervon is also more expensive than Brands.
Vitamin B Complex is also important for mental alertness, especially for me and my job requirements. I used to take Vitamin B complex from Brands and Gingko pills from them as well. But seems like my money have all gone to waste as I didn't find them effective. But this could also be due to the lack of sleep, which I'm quite sure vitamins are not magical caffeinated pills to wake you up. :)
I'm planning to invest on zinc vitamins and perhaps source for a better vitamin B/Gingko pills in the market. Do share your reviews if you have! :)
The B vitamins are necessary to:
- Support and increase the rate of metabolism
- Maintain healthy skin, hair and muscle tone
- Enhance immune and nervous system function
- Promote cell growth and division, including that of the red blood cells that help prevent anemia
- Reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer - one of the most lethal forms of cancer - when consumed in food, but not when ingested in vitamin tablet form.
